Many frequently asked questions can be answered by reading our Owner's Manual.
Will the MagnaRack hold up the weight of 6 twelve-ounce beverage cans? Yes, on most metallic objects the metal will be thick enough to support as much as 18 twelve ounce beverage cans stacked on each other. But please, do not try this at home!

Will the rack hold glass bottles? Yes, the rack really is quite secure. The magnets are very powerful, strong enough to potentially damage televisions and computer screens if placed to close to them. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Can I use more than one? Yes, as many as space will allow. They can be moved easily to accomodate changes in the space available. They are sized to fit many common pantry items. Great for small apartments and cluttered kitchens! One for the office, the shop, and for gifts too!
Is it Guaranteed? Yes, your satisfaction is guaranteed that the product will perform as we say it will and that any damaged or defective product will be replaced or refunded without question. Our liability is specifically disclaimed with regard to consequential damages and limited to the puchase price as to the full extent of our liability. We cannot be held responsible for what happens to these magnets when they are not in our control. Please read and follow all the directions and warnings on the Owner's Manual. Remember, these are strong magnets and can cause damage to electronics if mishandled.
Will the magnets affect my vitamins and spices? No, we don’t think so. Most of the magnetism is directed towards the refrigerator or metallic structure. It is cased in steel on the storage side and if anything, we think it might enhance your spices and vitamins, but we have no scientific studies to say either way.
Is it safe in the dishwasher? The foam rubber strip across the back prevents slipping on smooth surfaces. This part will not survive in the dishwasher, so it is best to clean it by rinsing with mild soap and water by hand.
Can it be used outdoors? Yes, if applied where it will be exposed to weather the steel parts will eventually rust, so, to prevent marking of the surface it is applied to, place a plastic sandwich bag or plastic wrap between the MagnaRack and the surface to be protected.
Can we order these with our company logo imprinted on it? Yes, we are working on that idea for our next model. Please contact us for details.
Are there more sizes and models available? Yes, we are prototyping 5 new models; please sign up for our newsletter. We will not sell your name. We will notify you when the new ones arrive.
How much weight will it hold? Note that attraction will vary with the thickness of the metallic object you place it on. We guarantee it will hold 5 pounds on a vinyl coated refrigerator, as much as 12 pounds on a painted appliance, and even more on something iron like a forklift.
We recently successfully tested over 25 pounds on a tractor.
Will it stick to stainless steel? No, sorry it will not. Magnets are only attracted to ferrous metals (containing iron). Stainless steel is rich in chromium and nickel which do not attract magnets. Magnets also do not stick to aluminum or copper. Extra thick plastic coatings will also reduce the weight capacity.
Can it be painted? Yes, any color you like. The easiest way is to ask at your paint store for Krylon brand "Fusion" spray paint which requires no sanding or priming for plastics.
Do the magnets lose strength? No, the magnets are permanent. However, temperatures over 170 degrees will cause them to lose magnetism. Keep away from very hot surfaces. The oven is not a good place to keep one.
Can I get a free sample? Yes, see the instructions on this page:
