What to expect when you call: We answer our phone during most weekdays from 9AM to 4 PM. EST There is an answering machine if you would like to leave a message. We will call you back as soon as possible. Some weekends we check messages regularly; some weekends and holidays we may be out of town. If you get the answering machine during working hours, we may be on the other line or just gone to the post office or some other errand; please leave a message or try again later. Most likely you will be talking with the inventor himself, Rex Rothing, so feel free to ask any questions you may have about the MagnaRack products. Why we fired the 24 hour answering service: Messages came in two days later, orders were lost or mistaken, questions could not be answered, operators spoke in broken English, no one person was responsible, and it cost way too much for the few calls we received. When we do get a call, the last thing we want is for that customer to hang up frustrated and angry.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, just return it to our address with a note saying you would like a replacement or a refund.
